We are seeking an experienced Engineering Stores Inventory Coordinator to manage the inventory of our engineering stores. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of engineering parts, equipment, and consumables.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and location of parts, equipment, and consumables.

  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the correct stock levels are maintained.

  • Manage the delivery of parts and equipment to engineering teams.

  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory items.

  • Manage and maintain the cleanliness of the engineering stores.

  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.

  • Identify and dispose of obsolete inventory items.

  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, experience in an engineering environment is essential for this role.

  • Knowledge of engineering parts, equipment, and consumables.

  • Experience with inventory management software.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
